Your employees are key to the success of implementing these changes. They have to be in the loop. Otherwise, they won’t cooperate. Of course, not everyone will feel comfortable about your plans. Give the employees a voice at the table
Before you even announce these changes, ensure your employees have a part in the process. They will accept changes when given a voice during the deliberation. Be transparent
